Yes, a $100 deposit is due within 7 days of booking your event. Payment of initial $100 deposit may be paid in the form of Credit Card, Cash or Check. This deposit is refundable until 90 days prior to the event, if cancellation is made with less than 90 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable. If your event is rescheduled with less than 90 days notice, your deposit may be applied to the new booking date(based on availability). Once an event is rescheduled, the deposit is non-refundable. The Balance is due the day of event and must be in the form of cash or check.
Our photo booth attendants are paid sufficiently for their time and there is never pressure of any kind put on the client to provide a gratuity to the photo booth attendant. However, if you feel the attendant was friendly, attentive and did an exceptional job please feel free to provide him/her with a gratuity at your discretion.
Yes, props are provided with all packages. If you would not like to have props at your event, just ask. You may also bring your own props if you wish.
Our photo booths can comfortably fit 6-8 adults.
Yes, we are fully insured.
Our Large Enclosed booth occupies a 5x7ft space and our Open-Air booth occupies approximately a 6x8ft space. For tight spaces we can compress the size of the open-air booth by reducing the backdrop width and placing the camera closer to the backdrop if necessary. However, keep in mind this will affect how many guests can fit into one picture. We also request that a 6 foot table be provided by the venue in order to set up and nicely display the props, photo scrapbook, etc.
